We came to Kutaisi with our family for a day. Great hotel. Responsive staff. I liked everything.

We booked a separate room for us and two children. Very large and since we arrived outside the hotel the bags were received. 1- The receptionist and the hotel staff are very wonderful in dealing and the elegant style of service. 2- From entering the hotel, it smells very fragrant, especially the room is very clean and has a kettle and bathrobes. 3- The bathroom is large and clean, and the most important thing is a showerhead. As for breakfast, it has not been tried. I had the pleasure of staying there
